New Sunday Hours!
We're excited to share that starting February 15th, Crosswhite Athletic Club will now be open every Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM! As a reminder, here's a complete look at our new hours of operation:
Monday-Friday: 6 AM - 8 PM (exclusive member only access beginning at 5 AM)
Saturday: 8 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 12 PM - 5 PM
Thank you for being part of our community and for growing with us! We hope closing later on Sundays will help you wrap up your weekend strong.

Swim Lessons March 14-May 14
Summer will be here before we know it, and now’s the perfect time to get your child swim-ready! Our spring swim lessons help kids build confidence, improve technique, and feel safe and strong in the water all season long. Registration closes one business day prior to the class start date! - Puddles (6 mo – 3 yrs) —Parent-assisted fun that builds early water comfort through play and songs.
- Splash (ages 3–5)—Independent swimmers learn safety, confidence, and the basics of floating and movement.
- Rapids (ages 5+)—Beginner swimmers build confidence while learning freestyle and backstroke fundamentals.
- Rivers (ages 5+) —Intermediate swimmers refine stroke technique and work toward full-lane swimming.
- Wolfpack Pups (competitive swim team prep)—For confident young swimmers ready to develop freestyle and backstroke endurance.

Summer Swim Tune-Up
Get your swimmer meet-ready with our 6-week Intro to Competitive Swimming Tune-Up Program, running April 13–May 23.
Designed for ages 4–16, this program sharpens the skills that make a real difference on race day—explosive starts, faster turns, and confident finishes. Perfect for swimmers new to competition or those looking to level up before summer swim season.
Swimmers must be able to swim one full length of the pool independently.

Masters Swim Team & Triathlon Swim Training
Masters Swim Team: Open to all abilities and ages 18+ (must be able to swim 200 yards using two strokes). Workouts emphasize technique, fitness, optional competition—and plenty of fun along the way.
Try a practice FREE before committing! Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 7:15 AM or 10:30 AM.
Triathlon Swim Training: Built for triathletes and open-water swimmers of all levels. Focus on freestyle technique, supporting backstroke & breaststroke skills, plus open-water tactics like sighting, drafting, and buoy turns.
Wednesdays at 6:45 PM.
