Personal training sessions last 50 minutes and may be used up to three times per week, depending on your fitness level. All sessions must be paid for in advance.

    Individual- $65/session (1 hour)

    Individual- $40/session (30 minutes)

Steps To Get Started


  1. Schedule a consultation! This will be your initial fitness evaluation.

  2. A certified exercise physiologist will then design a prescription for a nutrition and training schedule for your personal health goals.

  3. Regular assessments will be conducted during the program to review progress and your exercise physiologist will keep you accountable to reach your goals.
