Matt Campo

I was born in California and moved here to Lynchburg when I was 4 years old. I have lived in Virginia since then and graduated from Jefferson Forest High School. From there I went on to obtain my bachelors degree in Public Health from Liberty University. During my time there, I worked with the university's sports nutrition department and that's where my passion for health and human fitness started to take off even further. After graduating, I successfully completed my CPT exam through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in May of 2024 ,and since then have been doing my best to become a one of a kind trainer. Not only in my knowledge and expertise in the field, but the relationships I build with each and every person I work with. Whether it's one session or one thousand sessions, I want to be a person who displays the love of Christ well, and encourages everyone around me to keep going. I will strive to be a friend inside and outside of the gym, and be someone who can bring joy to others. Overall, my biggest goal/dream in this career path is to design and operate my own gym one day!
