Personal training sessions last 50 minutes and may be used up to three times per week, depending on your fitness level. All sessions must be paid for in advance.

Steps To Get Started
Schedule a consultation! This will be your initial fitness evaluation.
A certified exercise physiologist will then design a prescription for a nutrition and training schedule for your personal health goals.
Regular assessments will be conducted during the program to review progress and your exercise physiologist will keep you accountable to reach your goals.

What Is Bootcamp?
Having A Hard Time Fitting A Good Workout In Your Day?
Try Out Our Bootcamp Class! Each session is an hour of high intensity circuits that include a variety of lifting weights/objects, TRX straps, body weight routines, plyometrics, and various types of intense, explosive workouts.
Each workout will give you a full body workout so you don’t have to spend hours in the gym trying to workout every muscle. Bootcamp will help you burn the maximum amount of calories possible during the workout, as well as raise your metabolism for the following day. Boredom isn’t in our vocabulary, as every session will be fun and exciting while challenging you to reach your full potential. Join us and remember to check all excuses at the door!
